गंगानगर के रजपुरा निवासी राहुल चौधरी ने पिछले 10 महीनों में यूपी-112 पर 434 बार कॉल कर फर्जी सूचनाएं दीं और पीआरवी (पुलिस रिस्पांस व्हीकल) को परेशान किया। पुलिस मौके पर पहुंचने के बाद भी कोई घटना नहीं पाती और कई बार आरोपित राहुल पुलिसकर्मियों से अभद्र भाषा में बात करता था। लखनऊ कंट्रोल रूम से फोन आने पर वह झूठा फीडबैक देकर पुलिस की शिकायतें करता था। समीक्षा के दौरान यह मामला पकड़ा गया, और फिर यूपी-112 के प्रभारी ने राहुल के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई।
प्रश्न उठता है कि पुलिस ने कार्रवाई के लिए 434 कॉल तक का इंतजार क्यों किया? डायल 112 प्रभारी बलराम सिंह यादव के अनुसार, एक जनवरी से सात नवंबर तक राहुल ने 434 बार कॉल कर फर्जी शिकायतें कीं। हर बार, गंभीर अपराध या झगड़े की सूचना देकर पुलिस को बुलाया, जबकि मौके पर कोई घटना नहीं मिलती थी। राहुल को फोन करने पर वह असभ्य भाषा का प्रयोग करता और नशे में भी लगता था। पुलिसकर्मियों ने बार-बार कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट भरकर वापस लौटना पड़ा। लखनऊ कंट्रोल रूम से फोन आने पर वह गलत फीडबैक देकर पुलिसकर्मियों की शिकायत भी करता था।

सीओ सदर देहात नवीना शुक्ला ने बताया कि आरोपित राहुल के खिलाफ झूठी सूचना देने, सरकारी कर्मचारी को गुमराह करने, सरकारी कार्य में बाधा डालने और अपमानजनक भाषा का प्रयोग करने की धाराओं में रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई है। पुलिस द्वारा उसकी तलाश जारी है, क्योंकि वर्तमान में वह गढ़मुक्तेश्वर मेले में है। सवाल यह भी है कि पुलिस ने दस महीने तक उत्पीड़न क्यों झेला और पहले ही कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की।
मां के नाम पर सिम का उपयोग
जांच में पाया गया कि राहुल ने अपनी मां के नाम पर जारी सिम का इस्तेमाल किया। सर्विलांस रिपोर्ट से राहुल की मां सुनीता के नाम से जुड़े मोबाइल नंबर का खुलासा हुआ। आगे की जांच में यह भी पता चला कि राहुल इस सिम का उपयोग यूपी-112 पर झूठी सूचनाएं देने और पुलिस का समय बर्बाद करने के लिए कर रहा था।

Rahul Chaudhary, a resident of Rajpura in Gangar Nagar, made 434 calls to UP-112 in the past 10 months, giving false information and troubling the Police Response Vehicle (PRV). Despite police reaching the location, no incident would be found, and Rahul often used abusive language toward the officers. When contacted by the Lucknow Control Room, he would provide misleading feedback and complain about the police. This came to light during a review, after which UP-112’s in-charge filed a report against Rahul.
The question arises, why did the police wait for 434 calls to take action? According to Dial 112 in-charge Balram Singh Yadav, from January 1 to November 7, Rahul called 434 times with fake complaints. Each time, he gave information on severe crimes or conflicts, but there was no incident at the location. When officers tried contacting him, he would use offensive language and often seemed intoxicated. Despite filling out action reports repeatedly, the PRV staff had to return. When the Lucknow Control Room called, he misled them and complained about the officers.
What did CO Sadar Dehat say?
CO Sadar Dehat Navina Shukla stated that a report has been filed against Rahul for providing false information, misleading government officials, obstructing official duties, and using offensive language. Police are actively searching for him as he is currently at the Garhmukteshwar fair. There are questions about why the police endured his harassment for ten months without taking prior action.
SIM Registered Under Mother’s Name
Investigation revealed that Rahul used a SIM registered under his mother’s name. Surveillance reports connected the number to his mother, Sunita. Further inquiry showed that Rahul used this SIM to give false information to UP-112, wasting police resources and time.
