सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित मामलों के निस्तारण हेतु ‘समाधान समारोह 2026’ शुरू, अगस्त में लगेगी विशेष लोक अदालत

माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली के निर्देशन में देशभर में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों के सुलह-समझौते के माध्यम से निस्तारण के उद्देश्य से “समाधान समारोह 2026” का शुभारंभ 21 अप्रैल 2026 को किया गया है। यह अभियान आगामी 21, 22 और 23 अगस्त 2026 को आयोजित विशेष लोक अदालत के साथ संपन्न होगा। यह जानकारी जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण बस्ती के सचिव (पूर्णकालिक) देवेन्द्र कुमार-प्रथम ने दी।
उन्होंने बताया कि न्याय को सरल और सुलभ रूप से आमजन तक पहुंचाने तथा आपसी सहमति और संवाद के जरिए विवादों के समाधान की भावना को मजबूत करने के लिए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा इस विशेष अभियान की शुरुआत की गई है। अभियान के तहत सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित उपयुक्त मामलों को आपसी सहमति के आधार पर निस्तारित करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
देवेन्द्र कुमार-प्रथम ने बताया कि विशेष लोक अदालत का आयोजन 21, 22 और 23 अगस्त 2026 को सर्वोच्च न्यायालय परिसर में किया जाएगा, जिसमें सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों को शामिल किया जाएगा। इससे पहले राज्य, जिला, तालुका और उच्च न्यायालय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरणों एवं समितियों के मध्यस्थता केंद्रों पर सुलह बैठकों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। यह प्रक्रिया 21 अप्रैल 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अधिवक्ताओं, वादकारियों और सभी संबंधित पक्षों से इस अभियान में सक्रिय भागीदारी की अपील की गई है। प्रशिक्षित मध्यस्थ और विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरणों के सचिव पक्षकारों को समझौते के माध्यम से समाधान तक पहुंचाने में सहयोग करेंगे। पक्षकार इन बैठकों में व्यक्तिगत रूप से या वर्चुअल माध्यम से शामिल हो सकते हैं।
सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों को “समाधान समारोह (विशेष लोक अदालत) 2026” में शामिल करने के लिए गूगल फॉर्म भी उपलब्ध कराया गया है। इच्छुक पक्षकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
गूगल फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि 31 मई 2026 निर्धारित की गई है। सहायता और जानकारी के लिए वन स्टॉप सेंटर (वार रूम) के संपर्क नंबर 011-23115652 और 011-23116464 जारी किए गए हैं। इसके अलावा ईमेल speciallokadalat2026@sci.nic.in के माध्यम से भी संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

‘Samadhan Samaroh 2026’ Launched for Settlement of Pending Supreme Court Cases Through Mutual Agreement

Under the guidance of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, the “Samadhan Samaroh 2026” campaign has been launched across the country to facilitate the settlement of cases pending before the Supreme Court through mutual agreement and conciliation. The campaign commenced on April 21, 2026, and will conclude with the organization of a Special Lok Adalat on August 21, 22, and 23, 2026. This information was provided by Devendra Kumar-I, Secretary (Full-Time), District Legal Services Authority, Basti.
He stated that the initiative has been started by the Supreme Court of India with the objective of making justice simple and accessible to every citizen and promoting amicable dispute resolution through dialogue and mutual consent. Suitable pending matters before the Supreme Court will be considered for settlement under this campaign.
According to him, the Special Lok Adalat will be organized in the premises of the Supreme Court on August 21, 22, and 23, 2026, where eligible pending cases of the Supreme Court will be taken up for settlement. Prior to the Special Lok Adalat, conciliation meetings are being conducted at mediation centers functioning under State, District, Taluka, and High Court Legal Services Authorities and Committees. These settlement proceedings have already begun from April 21, 2026.
Devendra Kumar-I appealed to advocates, litigants, and all concerned parties to actively participate in the campaign. Trained mediators and officials of Legal Services Authorities will assist parties in resolving disputes through mutual understanding and agreement. Parties may participate in these settlement meetings either physically or virtually.
To include a pending Supreme Court matter in the “Samadhan Samaroh (Special Lok Adalat) 2026,” a Google Form has also been made available. Interested parties can visit the official website of the Supreme Court of India and submit their details online.
